Rebound Gymnastics requires all gymnasts and their parents/guardians to abide by the Gymnastics Ireland Code of Conduct, which is available to read here .

Rebound Gymnastics also asks you to adhere to the following rules:


  • If you wish to speak with a coach, please make an appointment in advance so they can give you the time you need.

  • Please adhere to class start and finish times, if in exceptional circumstances you are going to be late to collect your child, please text Cliodhna on 086-2236493.

  • Our gymnastics classes are ‘drop and go’, there is no waiting area.  Also, your child will respond to the coach better and settle in more quickly if they are not distracted looking for you.

  • Please ensure your child has used the toilet before they arrive, it is disruptive to the class if they need to go during class time.

  • Please ensure your child’s hair is tied up neatly before they arrive.

  • Socks are not permitted. Grip socks are gym shoes can be worn. If your child has a verruca, please ensure it is taped properly before the class begins.

  • Please ensure your gymnasts siblings are supervised at all times. They must not go on gymnastics equipment at any time.

  • Please ensure you take all your child’s belongings at the end of the class, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

  • Please park with consideration for the other patrons of Gaelscoil Sliabh Rua and Rebound Gymnastics.

  • Please drive slowly within the grounds of Gaelscoil Sliabh Rua.


  • You must listen to and respect your coach at all times.

  • Do not go on the equipment before or after your class.

  • You must respect your fellow gymnasts at all times.
